Product Description: This Note offers a 100% participation to the positive performance of the DJ
Eurostoxx 50 Index with no cap. If at maturity, the DJ Eurostoxx50 Index performance is positive, the
client will get at least 100% of his principal back plus 12% Bonus Coupon or 100% plus 100%
participation to the positive performance of the Index since Strike Date if better, with no cap. If at
maturity, the DJ Eurostoxx 50 Index performance is negative but between 0% and -35%, the investor
benefits from 100% principal protection +12% Bonus Coupon. If the performance is negative and
strictly below -35%, then the investor will be exposed to the negative performance of the Index.
