Une SCI possédant la nue propriété d'un appartement ne générant aucun revenu peut-elle déclarer des charges et notamment la taxe foncière créant ainsi un déficit foncier.

En principe, aucune charge n'est déductible pour le nu-propriétaire.
Sauf si l'usufruitier du bien est un bailleur social.
